Refund Policy

  • Technical issues: If technical difficulties prevent an author from submitting their manuscript or hinder the review process, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the nature and timing of the issue.
  • Editorial rejection: If a manuscript is rejected after peer review, the author may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the journal's policy and the stage of the review process at which the rejection occurs.
  • Double payment: If an author is mistakenly charged twice for the same submission, they will receive a full refund of the duplicate charge.

2. Ineligible for Refunds:

• Authors will not be eligible for refunds in the following circumstances:
  • Withdrawal after peer review: Once the peer review process has begun, authors are not eligible for refunds, even if they choose to withdraw their manuscript.
  • Copyright infringement: If a manuscript is found to infringe on copyright or other intellectual property rights, the author will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Plagiarism: If a manuscript is found to contain plagiarism, the author will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Failure to meet submission guidelines: If a manuscript does not meet the journal's submission guidelines and is rejected for that reason, the author will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process:

• To request a refund, authors must contact the journal editors in writing, stating the reason for their request and providing any relevant documentation.
• The editors will review the request and determine whether a refund is warranted, based on the eligibility criteria outlined above.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days and issued using the same payment method as the original submission fee.
